Palletising Grippers

Pronal palletising grippers are designed to safely, securely and gently grip plastic and glass bottles during palletising and de-palletising.

Used for a wide range of food and beverages, they have been demonstrated in Australian service to reduce breakages.

Made from hot vulcanised elastomer coated fabrics, Pronal grippers are typically used in multiple banks of gripping lengths configured to user requirements.

They are highly compatible to rapid automated bottling and packaging systems. Their flexibility accommodates minor variations in bottle positioning during rapid movement, further enhancing their use in modern high speed production lines.

• Available in standard sizes of 1230mm and 1460mm. Special lengths are available on request
• Some bottles or flasks of complex shapes can be palletised with the Pronal’s short neck MCC or MLC ranges.
• Standard grippers supplied with one in/outlet. A second inflation point can be added upon request.
• A half-inflatable range is also available to suit the latest generation of bottle shapes.
